The data controller is LOVEREVO. Email: hello@loverevo.io. Before final publication, add legal name, tax details, address and any dedicated privacy email.
Personal data collected
Through the wizard we collect name, email, company or project, role, optional phone number, need type, project categories, context, current state, systems involved, goals, urgency, indicative budget, privacy consent, language, source page, timestamp, user agent and minimum technical metadata.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to manage project requests, contact you, prepare possible calls, assess technical feasibility, prevent abuse and improve the website through analytics only with consent. Legal bases include pre-contractual measures, legitimate interest, consent and legal obligations where applicable.
Providers involved
LOVEREVO may use Google Workspace / Gmail SMTP for email, Google Sheets to store requests in an internal non-public spreadsheet, Google Calendar Appointment Schedule for booking, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only with consent, plus hosting and infrastructure providers.
Retention and rights
Project requests are retained for the time needed to manage commercial follow-up and for a reasonable period, unless legal obligations or subsequent relationships require otherwise. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent by writing to hello@loverevo.io.
Form security
The wizard uses server-side validation, honeypot, rate limiting, minimum technical metadata and input checks to protect the website and prevent abusive submissions.
